The apartment has one bedroom, a kitchen and dining area, bathroom with a shower over bath, a separate toilet, and living area. It can comfortably sleep four people with room for a fifth provided you all know each other well! There is underground parking, ski locker, covered cycle storage and shared laundry.
The apartment is located in the attractive area of Les Gaillands a short walk from the lake, crags and nature trail. It is ideal for both summer and winter breaks.
The centre of Chamonix is a fifteen minute walk or a short drive or bus journey away. The bus stop is at the end of the drive. There are two hotels at the end of the drive along with a small and friendly restaurant nearby.
